I really enjoy the play A Raisin In The Sun. I thought that this play wasn't going to catch my attention but now that we are reading it i'm really into it.I can picture how everything was back then and I also get an idea of how people back then lived. Every single one of them had different dreams but not all of them were able to make there dreams come true. I think mama was the main head of the family and thanks to her they got a better life. Not every family is perfect they all have their problems but that's what makes them a better family.

I can relate to Beneatha the most because she has a dream to become a Doctor and shes not letting anyone get in her way. Her brother might not agree to her dream but that's not stopping her from trying to achieve it. I have my own dreams as well and I don't listen to anyone's comments against them. I will try to make it happen not caring what others say. Beneatha and I can be similar in so many ways because we don't let anyone stop us from doing what we think is best.
